Manage sales of PE & PP in assigned states and consolidate HPL's market position across segments.
Track the Competitor's activities and report any new developments to the Regional Manager.
Track End-use segments and give regular inputs to Regional Manager.
Support strategy & business plan with respect to more profitable product positioning.
Remain vigilant about the Logistical process to serve customers well.
Manage Channel Partners to ensure operational discipline and better customer service.
B.E./ B.TECH (Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Production) or MBA (Marketing) with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Polymer raw material field. Preferably in the business of PP & PE in related companies.
1. Order processing - Coordination with DCA/CSAs, order confirmation/ cancellation/ modification in SAP. Continuous monitoring of orders in the system. 2. Review pending despatches and coordinate with plant logistics, DCA/CSAs, customers on various logistical issues. 3. Customer complaints - gathering information related to logistical complaints, co-ordination with plant logistic team, speaking to the transporter, coordination with a surveyor for conducting a survey, follow-up for survey report, lodging complaint in CCTR, and further follow-up & closure of the complaint. 4. Issue quality certificate, an extra copy of the invoice, LR, etc., as and when requests come from customers or DCA/CSA. 5. Stock points - continuous monitoring and replenishing of stocks under the guidance of Territory Sales Managers. 6. Maintaining logistics-related data.Min. Graduate with at least 5 years of work experience.
Competencies Required In Performing The Job:
1. Proficiency in MS Office - proficiency on Excel format at a higher level. 2. Good verbal and non-verbal communications. 3. Experience in working on SAP (SD & MM module). 4. Work experience in Logistics and/or F&A function.
Education/ Experience: Min. Graduate with at least 5 years of work experience.
